Hati-hati upload foto di facebook

Anda punya account di Facebook? Anda pernah upload gambar di Facebook? Jika anda menjawab "Ya" untuk kedua pertanyaan di atas maka PENTING untuk membaca post saya berikut ini.

Percaya atau tidak, saat anda membuat akun (account) di Facebook, maka anda telah berjanji dan menandatangani kontrak (secara digital) untuk setuju dengan apa yang dituliskan di dalam perjanjian dengan Facebook. Siapa dari pembaca yang pernah baca bagian yang panjang dan kadang menyesatakan ini? Ayo angkat tangan :) Kalau tidak angkat tangan silahkan diteruskan.

Terjemahan kasarnya sebagai berikut:

Saat anda upload gambar-gambar ke Facebook. Maka anda secara otomatis memberikan hak yang SANGAT PENUH, TANPA BISA DIBANTAH, TIDAK BISA DITARIK ULUR, ANDA TIDAK MUNGKIN MENANG, TERSERAH FACEBOOK MAU BERBUAT APA SAJA, BAIK SEBAGIAN MAUPUN SECARA KESELURUHAN, DIMANAPUN DI SELURUH DUNIA, UNTUK APA SAJA, DEMI KEPENTINGAN APA SAJA, MAU DIJADIKAN APA SAJA TERSERAH FACEBOOK, TANPA BERHUTANG TERHADAP ANDA, BAIK KOMERSIAL, ADVERTISING KEPENTINGAN FACEBOOK terhadap gambar-gambar tersebut. Jika anda memutuskan untuk menghapus gambar-gambar anda di akun Facebook tersebut namun bukan berarti Facebook tidak boleh menyimpan copy. Anda memperbolehkan Facebook memakai copy tersebut.

jujur,, aku males banged disuruh baca2 rule atau apalah sejenis nya.. klo di suruh agree,, ya di agree aja,,, ko susah,,, hwehehehehe,,,,

jangankan di facebbok, masang foto kita di blog atau apapun yang ada hubungannnya dgn internet, berarti kita harus siap dibajak.
itu risiko menggunakan internet.
apalagi di Indonesia, yang UU IT-nya belum ada.

ingat, "Internet itu Kejam, Jendral!!"

yang terpenting adalah etika, kalo kita baik, mudah2an ga akan ada orang yang jahat sama kita.
